My Story..briefly

True story guys! I have not set foot in a gym in over 2 years! Yes, maybe I could be more toned and I’ll get there but I used to have such an unhealthy relationship with food I used to kill myself in the gym and still not lose weight! I used to think “ok I worked out for 2 hours now I can eat wherever I want”! That mentality is so wrong and it leads to much more than weight gain!! It leads to unhappiness, guilt, disordered and binge eating! Working out is awesome, don’t get me wrong, I do bike and hike and do yoga 3-5 days a week but it’s not to workout, it’s because I enjoy it! My goal is to tone more but while doing things I enjoy! Remember, abs are made in the kitchen, you are what you eat!! If you love to workout great, my program is a great way to make your workouts worth it and get even healthier! If you hate to workout that’s ok too, use my program of healthy eating to lose weight and get to your happy body—the one you love without feeling like you’re punishing yourself in the gym or with exercise you hate everyday! Find what works for you! If it works for you to workout, do it, if it doesn’t work for you don’t join a gym and don’t download a workout program, you have a choice! This was a photo of me in Greece, on my honeymoon, and I did not gain a pound because I ate in moderation and ate real healthy food! I wish for you that you can get to a point where you live your body even if it isn’t “perfect” by industry standards, I hope it’s perfect for you!
